1. Service scope

BIODOCX provides an online tool to create marriage biodata documents and purchase downloadable PDF exports.

2. User responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you submit.
• You must not use the service for fraudulent, harmful, or unlawful purposes.
• You must not attempt to interfere with platform security or service availability.

3. Pricing and payments

• PDF downloads are paid digital products with one-time charges shown before checkout.
• Payments are processed through Razorpay.
• Access to purchased downloads is provided after successful payment verification.

4. Intellectual property

The BIODOCX platform, design assets, and software are owned by BIODOCX. You retain rights to your own biodata content.

5. Service availability

We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance or third-party failures may cause temporary downtime.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BIODOCX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the platform.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
