Refund / Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of product

BIODOCX sells digital, downloadable PDF files. Since delivery is electronic and immediate after payment confirmation, cancellation is generally not possible once the payment is successfully processed.

2. Cancellation policy

• You may cancel only if payment has not been successfully completed.
• After successful payment and digital delivery enablement, cancellation requests are not typically applicable.

3. Refund policy

Refunds may be considered only in genuine cases such as duplicate charges or a proven technical failure where the purchased PDF cannot be delivered.

• Refund requests must include payment reference details and be sent to support.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method through Razorpay/banking channels.
• If approved, refund settlement timelines depend on Razorpay and your bank.
